This object is clearly GJ49, which is a flare star with H_alpha emission during its active phases (but it is not an early type star: GGA misclassified this object). The coordinates published in
1954BOTT....1i...3G
are very uncertain due to truncation (1'-1.5') but the star marked in their chart (Fig. 2) is unmistakably GJ49 once it large proper motion is taken into account. I propose to match the following entries: EM* GGA 11 + GJ49.
