Ah, it looks like in Blitz et al.'s catalogue (
1982ApJS...49..183B
an inversion occured in the 1950 position: the printed catalogue indicates a right ascension of
06 04.7
; and the right ascension computed from the galactic position is
06 07.4
. In the vizier entry (http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-5?-ref=VIZ4fd1b71e2944&-out.add=.&-source=VII/50/cogal&recno=113), the galactic position is (re)computed from the 1950 position. This inversion in the RA minutes is most likely the origin of the confusion...
A remark will be added in the catalogue. Maybe other similar discrepencies exist there -- a comparison between the original galactic position and the recomputed ones would give the answer ...
