The star 2MASS J13591754-5212554 is being incorrectly identified as SCR J1359-5212. However, the correct 2MASS identification for SCR J1359-5212 is 2MASS J13591663-5212547. I have verified this by examining the finder charts, but you can also see it since the discovery paper (Finch+ 2007) reports J=12.19 and Ks=11.38, which agrees much better with 2MASS J13591663-5212547.
Evidently this means that the discovery paper (in Vizier) incorrectly calculated the J2000 position, since it is not 13 59 17.58 -52 12 55.4. I believe the reported motion is correct.
By the way, SCR J1359-5212 can also be identified as WISEP J135916.27-521255.0 and DENIS J135916.7-521254.
