There is an error in the object type of X TrA. Simbad says that it is a nova, but actually it is a carbon star (C-rich AGB star). The 70 papers that discuss this star are all about (C-type) AGB stars, none is about a nova. For an optical spectrum of this star see the UVES-POP library (http://www.sc.eso.org/santiago/uvespop/field_stars_uptonow.html#M ; HD134453), a publication about its near-IR spectrum is upcoming (Lebzelter et al., submitted to A&A). From these spectra it is clear that it is a carbon star.
Probably, the wrong object type comes from the close match of its name to the object TrA X-1 (aka KY TrA), an X-ray source in the same constellation that appeared as nova in 1974.
Could you please change the object type of X TrA to "carbon star"?
