Berkeley 14 cluster positions (all J2000):
SIMBAD: 05 00 24 +43 29 (Kharchenko+2005)
DAML: 05 00 12 +43 28 00 (5.0' diam.)
AH03: 04 59 44 +43 28.9 (6.0' diam.) ***
EEM: 04 59 44 +43 29
(AH03 = Archinal & Hynes 2003, DAML01 = Dias+ 2001, EEM = visual inspection by the author).
The cluster is diffuse on Digitized Sky Survey, but it is clear that the SIMBAD position is nowhere near the center of the cluster, and that it is clearly at RA < 5h. The best published center position for Berkeley 14 that I can find comes from Table 4.1 of Archinal & Hynes 2003 ("Star Clusters").
