The current SIMBAD position for C 0555+078 (= Berkeley 22) is (J2000) 05:58.4 +07:50, and corresponds to an unremarkable star field on Digitized Sky Survey (within a few arcminutes). The
Dias et al. open cluster catalog
lists the position for Berkeley 22 as (J2000) 05:58:27 +07:45:24 (diameter = 1.5'), which is 4.6' from the SIMBAD position, but does correspond to a very obvious stellar concentration on the Digitized Sky Survey. I recommend updating the SIMBAD position for Berkeley 22 to the Dias et al. position for the cluster: (J2000) 05:58:27 +07:45:24.
